Website guarantees

We advertise guarantees on our website. These website terms do not cancel those guarantees.

Chat assistant

Our website has a chat assistant provided by AQ Marketing. Its replies are generated using Anthropic's AI service. The assistant answers questions and lets you choose whether to share contact information and details about the work you need. It cannot book a call.

New England Home Pros and AQ Marketing keep your chat messages and any details you provide. Your chat information is also sent to our CRM, LeadConnector / HighLevel.

Embedded third-party content

Some pages include content from other services, such as maps or reviews. Loading embedded content sends request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to its provider. The provider may use cookies or browser storage. Embedded content operates separately from our optional analytics and advertising controls.

Honest reviews

These terms do not restrict or penalize you for posting an honest review. They do not authorize threats, intimidation, disclosure of embarrassing information, baseless lawsuits, lawsuits not intended to be filed, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to prevent your review or pressure you to remove it.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements. We do not offer review incentives on this website.

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
